White Bean & Mint Dip

White Bean Hummus Mint Roasted Garlic Olive Oil


  • 1 can of White Beans
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. OLiV Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 tsp. OLiV Peppermint White Balsamic 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water for blending 
  • Optional: Tortilla chips, pita or vegetables for dipping.


    1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
    2. Add water if needed.
    3. Blend until smooth ( or consistency of your liking).
    4. Transfer to a bowl and finish off with another drizzle of EVOO and fresh mint. Enjoy!
