Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs

Goat Cheese Prosciutto Stuffed Figs Pistachio Balsamic Vinegar



    1. Add arugula to a serving dish.
    2. Trim off the stem of each fig and slice an "X" in the top of each fig (2/3 way through).
    3. Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap around the bottom of each fig.
    4. Spread open each fig and fill with a dollop of goat cheese.
    5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios, salt and pepper.
    6. Drizzle with OLiV Pistachio Balsamic and Director's Reserve EVOO.
