Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 1 cup OLiV Butter EVOO
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup of Semi Sweet Chocolate


Directions: In a large bowl, cream together both sugars and OLiV Butter EVOO until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, and then stir in vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients, and fold in semi sweet chocolate chips. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350F. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
